Sharing & managing artifacts

Sharing an artifact

Two ways to share, from the share icon next to an artifact:

  • Invite a specific person — search for anyone on Nexrall by name, username, or contact, and grant either read (view the document and chat history) or edit (they can send messages to the agent to keep refining it — using your balance, not theirs) permission.
  • Share a public link — turn on general access to get a link anyone can open without signing in. A shared link is always read-only — it shows just the document, with no chat and no editing, similar to a published app or a shared Google Doc link. Turn it off any time to revoke access immediately.

You can also transfer ownership of an artifact to someone else, at which point it appears in their own Canvas list.

Managing your artifacts

The artifact list supports the basics you'd expect from a document manager:

  • Rename and delete.
  • Archive — hide without deleting.
  • Duplicate — copy an artifact, optionally under a new title.
  • Search — including a smart search that looks inside document content, not just titles, so you can find artifacts that don't match by name alone.

If someone shared an artifact with you, you can hide it from your list or leave it without affecting the owner's copy.
